I’VE BEEN BLOGGING since February 2014 with one primary motivator:
Use it as a platform to promote my books.
Almost four years on, I now feel like I have enough followers/subscribers to try something a little different. So, I’ve created a ‘Review Team‘ group.
Basically, members of a review team will receive advanced review digital copies of my books before they are set for general release.
This is a method that a lot of authors use to great effect.

Pros for Readers

I’m currently opening the group up to any of my blog readers who are interested in joining the review team.

For those who don’t know what I write – shame on you!
I’d probably label my stuff as ‘weird’ or ‘kooky’ thrillers. A one-liner for each of my stories would go something like:
PATHFINDERS – a comatose man is trapped in a nightmare where a dangerous enemy stalks him.
SIGIL – a murder mystery set in a small Irish village, featuring a Parish priest as the unlikely hero.
CRYSTAL CLEAR – a mysterious ancient artefact washes up on shore, and gives it’s owner a glimpse into the future.
SPECTRUM – a medical bio-research company are field testing a controversial new wonder drug that has frightening consequences for their volunteers.
To kick-start this review group, I’ll be giving away free copies of my dark short story, Rot – Part 1: Origin of the Feces, before it is released on November 16th.
You can find out what it is about on the Amazon US and UK pages.
For those that sign up, you’ll receive the story by email in the next 24 hours. This is with the proviso that you’ll leave a review on Amazon (one or two lines – nothing too hectic) when the book is released.
You can find the (super-short) form here: Join the Review Team
I hope to see you there! 🙂

  1. I Loved Pathfinders! and Sigil, actually. Have now read Pathfinders four times (in between my son grabbing my kindle and reading it) and every single time I read it it surprises me.
