IT’S BEEN A BUSY eight weeks since I quit my job.
I started a series called ‘The ROT Collection‘ which follows the exploits of a rogue tooth fairy who rips teeth out of kids mouths. It’s a dark comedy, and my plan is to release a new part every month.
Part 1: Origin of the Feces was really well received. In fact, it had the most reviews on Amazon for ANY of my books.
It only took one week to reach that milestone, with 20 reviews and an average score of 4.5 out of 5. Yay!
I’ve also been working on Amazon ads with contrasting results. Now, I have enough data from 232 (!) ads to decide where to invest my energies.
Recent results have been encouraging and I’m finally generating a positive ROI on new ads.
I’ve also been completing the final touches of my third novel. I received it from my editor two weeks ago. I’ve been frantically working on completing it this side of Christmas with a release date of January 27th 2018.
I can’t wait to share ‘Raising Lazarus‘ with you!
N.B. I’ve discounted my second novel Sigil, to 99c/p for the next 48 hours. It’s a mystery/thriller based in Ireland.
I draw on my experience growing up in a small village for the story and it features an unlikely hero.
Someone I’ve described as, ‘Less Jack Reacher, more Jack ‘Preacher’.
Now…time to get crackin’ on this third book…
